Terre Haute, Indiana (WTHI) -. Probably not to worry about sunburn on the weekend, but the sun will soon come back.
If you get this red glow, you do not want to lose the processing time with mixtures that do not work. Chemistry expert Dr. Rebecca Devasher said the use of aloe vera is the best choice.
"The Aloe vera gel has anti-inflammatory enzymes, and the gel itself is a good moisturizer. So the chemicals actually work with the skin. It is oil-based, which are water-based."
while some oils your burns can feel better, you probably will not much you can do to help heal.
"Lotions and lubricants with oil are not very effective for the treatment of inflammatory skin conditions or problems usually" Devasher he said.
Some people try to treat sunburn with types of vinegar, but it is better suited for other types of burns.
"Vinegar and Aloe Vera can handle almost anything, just go, you treat them," urged Devasher. "Vinegar is probably not the best sunburn, but very good for other chemical burns."
Devasher says if the burn process starts blowing, you should consult a doctor.
